Youth Mission Trip to Rocky Mountain National Park
This year’s Mission Trip brought youth, adults, and families together to care for the environment. A total of 34 left Ebenezer to travel to Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. Working with park rangers, the group spent a week helping to “heal” burn scars and restore trails in the forest. Commissioned during a church service before the trip, the group was challenged “to see the face of Christ in all they worked with, as they learned to be good stewards of the gift of God’s creation.” Thank you all for showing us ways to “touch the earth lightly, use the earth gently, nourish the life of the world in our care.”
